Gurudwara Teg Bahadur (9th Guru of Sikhs) is situated on the bank of River Ganges at Sangat Ghat. Guru Teg Bahadur & Guru Govind Singh both stayed here. Guru arrived here in 1723. Vikram Samwat, during his pilgrimage to Anandpur Sahib. A historical Gurudwara has been built at that very place. After performing Tapasya for 31 days he proceeded to Varanasi after crossing the River Ganges. After his visit other who came here include his maternal Uncle Kripal Chandji, his mother Gujariji Presently the Gurudwara is managed by Sardar Gyani Anup Singh. The Gurudwara has a corner called Nivas Asthan in its premises where the Guru is supposed to have stayed during his visit.
