The Kund is about 1.5 km from the Railway Station. Sita kund & a temple of Lord Ram, is located on the bank of River Gomti. It is believed that Sita bathed here, as she accompanied her husband on his exile. Devotees come here during many occasions to bathe in River Gomti. Bathing fairs are held here on Chaitra & Kartik month.
In Civil Lines, opposite collectorate is a church known as Christ Church which was opened to the public on 16th Nov. 1869.

The museum was established by Cultural Deptt. of U.P. in 1988. A variety of artifacts are housed in this museum. Gold, Silver & bronze coins along with statues of Buddha, Jain Tirthankars, Shiva, Vishnu etc. belonging to Maurya, Shunga, Kushan, Gupta & Rajput period can be seen in this museum. An art gallery depicting the life & personality of Rafi Ahmad Kidwai through Photograhs is also the part of this museum. A mausoleum of Panchpeeran Baba is located at a distance of about 2.5 km from Railway Station in Panchpeeran locality of the city which opens from 4am-10pm. Thursdays are considered auspicious. A three day Urs is celebrated here on Shab-e-Barat. Another mausoleum of Pahalwan Peer Baba, located near Payagipur crossing is also worth mentioning.
