Bhakti Dham is the birth place of Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj and the main center of Jagadguru Kripalu Parishat (JKP). It is located Mangarh, a small village near Kunda, between Ayodhya & Prayag. The main attractions of Bhakti Dham are - Bhakti Mandir, Bhakti Bhawan and a charitable hospital run by JKP. The foundation of majestic Bhakti Mandir (main temple) was laid down by Shri Kripaluji Maharaj on 26th October 1996 and inaugurated with great celebrations in November 2005. The temple is 108 feet in height and built of pink sand stone, Makrana white marble & black granite and is an excellent example of architectural marvel. The temple houses statue of Shri Radha Krishna along with their eight Mahasakhis (close associates) on the ground floor and Shri Sita Ram on the first floor. Bhakti Mandir is the only temple honouring the ultimate embodiment of selfless divine love of the eight principal sakhies (eternal, personal associates of Shri Radha Rani, viz., Lalita, Vishakha, Sudevi, Rangdevi, Champaklata, Chitra, Tung Vidya, Indulekha) with Shri Radha-Krishan. Couplets written by Shri Maharaj Ji have been inscribed on the walls of the temple. The courtyard of the temple has panels on both sides which houses the statues of Radha-Krishna Leelas & important events in the life of Shri Maharaj Ji. The temple is the center of meditation & spirituality. This place of pilgrimage is not to be missed by those who want to receive spiritual guidance & inspiration. Bhakti Bhawan is a dome shaped satsang hall where over 8000 devotees can sit together for practicing devotion. This hall is the venue of the annual 5 week long Sadhana Shivir (Meditation Camp) organised by JKP in October every year. Devotees of Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj from all over India and abroad assemble here for the shivir. JKP runs a charitable hospital here, which has been providing free medical service to people since 2003. General treatment, Orthopedic OPD, Physiotherapy & Acupressure facilities are available in the Hospital. In addition to Allopathic medicines, Ayurvedic, Naturopathy & Homeopathy treatments are also available at hospital. A separate Eye Hospital is also operational that treats eye diseases and hold cataract surgery camps multiple times a year.
