The temple is dedicated to Goddess Andri. It is believed that Bharadwaj Rishi prayed for Devi Andri to safeguard the meditation of Durwasa Rishi from miscreants.

This magnificent & majestic spot has been inaugurated in Feb. 2001 and is dedicated to the first Jain Teerthankar Rishabhdev.

The place was the seat of Rishi Shringi hence, the name Shringverpur. According to Valmiki Ramayan the place was ruled by Nishad (boatman) king ‘Guh’ & is said to be of Ramayana Period.

Sitamarhi is situated on the bank of River Ganges. It is believed to be the place where, Sita lived during her exile from Ayodhya.

A rock 18 mts. in height can be seen lying erect in the course of River Yamuna. A temple of Sujavan Dev existed on the rock till 1645.
