Sheikh-Taki-Ka-Maqbara

Located at a distance of about 14.5 km from Allahabad railway station in old Jhunsi, in the south of Samudra Koop on a mound, is the mausoleum of Sayyad Sadrul Haq Takiuddin Mohammad Abdul Akbar, popularly known as Sheikh Taqui/Taki, who was a famous Muslim fakir of the area. He was born in Jhunsi in 1320 and died in 1384 during the reign of Firoz Shah Tughlaq, Emperor of Delhi Farrukhsiar once came to Jhunsi to pay homage at saint’s mausoleum. An Urs is held here annually, which starts from Id-ul-Zuha. A mosque is also built here.
