This is one of the important Kali Bari temples, established by the Bengalis in Allahabad in 1885. The temple is dedicated to Kali Devi. Here south facing Kali idol is enshrined & idols of Lord Vishnu, Ganesha, Shiva, Hanuman & Shanidev are also housed nearby in a row. Religious ceremonial activities in Kali Bari are- Kali puja- Oct./Nov. & Navratri puja in Oct. and April, Shivratri in February.
