Adra Vanvasini Lehra Devi Temple is a Siddha Shaktipeetha, which is situated on the bank of river Pavah( now confined to a narrow Nala/stream).


This is an important and largest natural flood plain wetland in the eastern U.P., which provides a wintering & staging ground for a number of migratory waterfowls & a breeding ground for resident birds. Bakhira Bird Sanctuary is spread over an area of 28.94 sq.


This place is famous for Anant Peeth an ashram, established by Shri Anant Mahaprabhu Ji and came into sudden prominence in 1857 during the first struggle of freedom.


This old temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva, is located at a distance of about 6 km southeast of Basti city & 78 km from Gorakhpur in the village Bhadeshwar, in Basti district, U.P.


This temple is about 10 km from Ballia on the road going to Belthara, in Sonadih, in Ballia district, U.P.


This famous religious centre is associated with Bharat (brother of Lord Ram). It is believed that Prince Bharat briefly stayed & rested here, while returning from the house of his maternal grandparents. This temple along with a pond is worth seeing.
